Shipping

The cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you complete your order.

The average delivery time will vary according to the shipping destination.

Items dispatched from our UK warehouse are usually sent out the same day - if ordered before 1:00 pm (weekdays only).

Items sent to destinations within the UK normally reach their destination within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Items dispatched from our international hub will take longer to reach their destination. For this reason, your order may arrive in several packages.

You may select a delivery service of your choice at checkout (subject to availability).

Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification email. This email may include the tracking number and a delivery date depending on the delivery service you have chosen. You will then be able to use these details to track your order.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. We also accept PayPal.

Payments made by credit or debit cards may be subject to validation checks by the card issuing authority.

The Orient will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from your card issuer's failure or refusal to authorise your payment.
